Our upgrade includes a\u00a0replacement re-manufactured Low Frequency driver, we\u00a0require your old driver in exchange but the basket and magnet must not be damaged.<\/p>\n<p>All SRM1801\u2019s are totally reworked by us and effectively upgraded. The impedance of the original driver is incorrectly rated for the output power of the unit. As such our upgrade includes a\u00a0replacement re-manufactured LF driver as well as modifications to the power supply &amp; main amplifier sections\u00a0sections. This includes adding our own custom totem driver sub-board to the output stage.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Where others replace the main board we actually repair to component level which means; a) a much more reliable repair, and b) a much cheaper repair. A board replacement would only be considered if the board was damaged in such a way that it rendered it unsafe, or if the board has been contaminated in some way, both these instances are very rare and any replacement board would still require our upgrade. Therefore our repairs generally make the units much more reliable. Our repairs typically come with the 1 year warranty (please read our T&#8217;s &amp; C&#8217;s below).
